3. 宏观和微观经济学(MacroeconomicsandMicroeconomics)

Macroeconomics is a branch of theoretical economics. By researching into the interrelation of factors in aggregate national economy, it reveals the contradiction in macro-economy operation, the change rule of macro-economy and the government's economic policies upon national economy. Through this course, the doctoral students are able to get a comprehensive understanding of the operating mechanism of macro-economy, the fundamental theories and methods in Macroeconomics to analyze and solve practical problems. Meanwhile, the students will be able to understand theimpact of a changing macroeconomic environment on the operation and management of enterprises, and know how to forecast and adapt to the macroeconomic policy changes. These qualities will help to improve their capabilities of operating and managing the enterprise. While microeconomics aims to make doctoral students a more astuteparticipant in the economy and get a better understandingof both the potential and the limits of economic policy.So that doctoral students can efficientlyimprovetheir cost - efficiency awareness, strengthen the analysis capabilities under the conditions of market economy with foundation of professional Economic courses. The key content of this course is to emphasizemarket structure theory and to analyze and judge subject behaviors under different market structures from the perspective of the enterprises. Case teaching would combine the theory with actual practice and gradually develop their economic decision-making ability.
4. 管理研究沙龙(Management Research Seminar)
本必修课程旨在鼓励博士生组织研究方面的研讨,导师将参与其中并提供相关研究建议。
This research seminar aims to encourage our PhD students to discuss related research topics. The PhD supervisors will participate in the seminar and give some advice about academic research.
5. 管理研究方法(Management Research Method)
本课程旨在给管理科学与经济决策方向的博士生介绍基本的管理研究方法,包括数理统计、多元分析、数学规划、结构方程、实证研究等。
This course aims to introduce management research methods to the students, including but not limit to mathematical statistics, multivariate analysis, mathematical programming, structural equations, empirical study, etc.
6. 中外经济思想史(History of Chinese and Foreign Economic Thoughts)
本课程旨在对中国传统经济思想、西方古典经济学的影响、古典经济学的创立者亚当·斯密的经济学、历史学派与奥地利学派之争,马歇尔的新古典经济学、凯恩斯经济学与哈耶克的经济论战进行了介绍和分析。本课程的显著特征是运用经济学范式与范式转换对西方经济思想的发展进行阐述和解读。
This course aims to introduce the general knowledge and analysis of Chinese traditional economic thoughts, the influence of western classical economics, Adam Smith's economics, the arguments between the historical school and the Austrian school, Marshall's neoclassical economics, as well as the arguments between Keynesian economics and Hayek economics, etc. The distinctive feature of this course is the application of economic paradigm and paradigm shift to interpret the development of both Chinese and western economic thoughts.
7. 高级计量经济学(Advanced Econometrics)
本课程旨在向学⽣生介绍高级计量经济学的基本理论和方法。课程内容包括了现代计量经济学的主流方法,如工具变量、面板数据、二元回归等。通过本课程的学习,学⽣生应该能够掌握计量经济学的高级理论,并正确合理地运⽤各种方法解决经济实证研究中的问题。
This course mainly introduces the basic theories and methods of Advanced Econometrics. The course includes the mainstream methods of Advanced Econometrics, such as instrumental variables, panel data,binary regression and so on. It is expected that after the completion of the course, students can master the theories of Advanced Econometrics, and use the methods to solve the problems in empirical economic research properly.
8. 环境经济与资源管理(Environmental Economics and Resource Management)
本课程介绍环境经济学的基本概念与原理,聚焦于环境经济政策应用与环境资源管理。环境资源不同于其他具有成熟商业市场的产品,往往需要通过公共政策来维护和改善环境质量。本课程将讨论经济利益如何导致环境问题的产生及恶化,以及应对这些问题的相关政策;还将介绍基于成本和收益的经济学分析、尤其是衡量与测度环境资源价值的方法。针对不同环境资源管控政策热点问题的讨论、譬如能源和水资源、以及发展中国家环境问题等,也将包括在课程探讨范围之中。
This graduate course introduces students into the principles of environmental economics, focusing on policy applications and management of environmental resources. Environmental resources differ from other goods in that there is usually no market for them. Government policies are usually needed to maintain and improve environmental quality. The course discusses how economic incentives lead to environmental problems and various policies that address these problems. Economic analysis based on costs and benefits, as well as the methods for valuing the benefits of environmental amenities are introduced. Applications to various policy issues, such as energy and water resources and the environment in developing countries are also included.
9. 绿色供应链管理(Green Supply Chain Management)
本课程主要介绍绿色供应链管理、一个二十世纪末出现的挑战人类社会经济可持续发展的新领域。课程专注于基本概念与策略、以及分析和设计满足绿色可持续要求的供应链系统的基本方法与技术。专题内容包括:闭环供应链,逆向物流系统,碳足迹及其测定,生命周期分析法,以及供应链的可持续运营策略。课程的实施将融合自我学习,课堂讲解,案例分析,和嘉宾演讲等形式,以提高学习效率、改善学习效果。
This course introduces graduate students to the area of Green Supply Chain Management. It concentrates on fundamental strategies, basic tools and techniques required to analyze and design environmentally sustainable supply chain systems. Topics include: Closed-loop supply chains, reverse logistics systems, carbon footprint, life-cycle analysis and supply chain sustainability strategy. Class sessions combine lectures, case discussions and guest speakers (whenever possible).
10. 复杂管理系统评估与优化:基于仿真的方法(Evaluation and Optimization of Complex Management Systems: Simulation-based Methods)
通过本课程的学习,使学生掌握计算机系统仿真的基本理论和相关分析技术,包括系统建模、输入分析、输出分析、随机数相关理论、方差减少技术、基于仿真分析的复杂管理系统评估、比较和优化等。并着重培养学生将仿真理论和技术应用于解决本专业领域实际问题的能力,为今后在相关研究中实际应用打好基础。
This course focuses on theories and techniques of computer simulation modeling and analysis. Topics include system modeling, simulation paradigms, input analysis, output analysis, random number generator and random variables, variation reduction techniques, simulation-based assessment, comparison, and system optimization. It emphasizes students’ ability to apply the theory and techniques of simulation on solving analytical problems encountered among the research in this concentration, such as green supply chain or logistics system modeling and evaluation.
11. 网络经济学(Webonomics)
网络市场的蓬勃发展提供了大量运用基本经济学原理的机会。本课程旨在从经济学的视角来研究电子商务问题,厘清新兴电子商务市场与传统经济学之间或契合或冲突的目标,继而探究这一新兴经济与传统经济的相似本源及对传统经济理论的新贡献,使博士生深度了解与掌握从产业组织和公共经济学到金融经济学和国际经济学等方面的电子商务相关的全面知识,着重培养学生如何将基本经济学原理应用于电子商务市场,以及针对网络市场中的特定产品特征,如何重新思考经济学基本理论的均衡研究,培养本专业博士生准确解读网络市场中现实问题本质及加以解决的能力。
The vigorous development of the network market offers opportunities to adopt the basic theory of economics. The purpose of this course is to study e-commerce from the perspective of economics, in order to clarify the similarities or conflicts between emerging e-commerce market and the traditional economics; and then to explore the similar origin of emerging economy with traditional one, as well as investigating its new contribution to traditional economic theory. The doctoral students are able to get an in-depth understanding and as well as grasping the comprehensive knowledge of e-commerce in terms of industrial organization, financial economics, public economics and international economics, etc. The whole course focuses on training students how to apply the basic theories of economics to the e-commerce market, and on how to balance the basic economicstheory specific to product characteristics in the network market. The doctoral students will be able to accurately analyze the essence of issues in the network market and solve the practical problems.
12. 消费者行为(Consumer Behavior)
本课程的目的是帮助博士生从微观的视角了解和研究市场,尤其是聚焦在消费者研究领域,了解他们的消费心理与行为受到哪些内外因素影响,在消费决策全过程中表现出怎样的行为特征等等,同时掌握研究微观市场的科学方法,从而为企业管理的科学化决策奠定基础。
The course aims to help doctoral students understand and research the micro market. Especially, the course focuses on consumer behavior, which includes external influencing factors (such as culture, subculture, etc.), internal influencing factors (such as motivation, values, information processing, etc.), and consumption decision process. In order to research consumer behavior, doctoral students need to master some qualitative and quantitative methods. This course will establish a basis for the scientific decision making in the field of business administration.
13. 供应链理论(Supply Chain Theory)
过去二、三十年左右,无数的论文使用数学模型来分析、最优化供应链,使得供应链管理已成为运筹学(Operations Research - OR)或博弈论最流行的、最成功的应用之一。最近,供应链的研究不止是 OR 或 game theory 的一个应用领域,已变成一门独立的方法领域,有自己独特的工具和理论。这些工具不止停留在供应链方面,已成功应用到卫生保健、能源、金融、和服务行业。本课程的目的是帮助博士生从理论和实践两反面全面了解和研究供应链,包括研究经典的供应链模型和算法, 以及这些模型怎样扩展和应用到其他较丰富的场景。
In the past twenty to thirty years, numerous papers use mathematical models to coordinate and optimize the supply chain so that supply chain management has become the most successful application of operations research and game theory. This course is to apply operations research tools and game theory to analyze the supply chain management problems. It equips students with classical supply chain modeling and algorithmic skills. The course will cover forecasting and demand modeling, supply chain contracts, auctions, deterministic inventory models, stochastic inventory models, multi-echelon inventory models, facility location models, information sharing, and so on. Such models and tools can be applied not only to the supply chain field, but also to the other areas such as health care, energy, finance and services.
14. 优化决策(Optimization Decision)
优化是在科学和工程领域中制定决策的主要可行工具。它已经由学术界的方法论演变成为一门技术并对工程研究和实践有着持续显著的影响。本课程旨在学习如何将一系列科学方法(特别是启发式算法)运用于管理决策的制定中。课程包含的方法不仅能为解决问题提供有用的理论框架,而且可以为特定的实际应用给出可操作的技术。课程主题包括传统的启发式算法、进化计算技术、人工智能优化、群体智能优化、决策制定的优化模型、单目标决策优化模型和多目标决策模型等等。在课程期间,从金融、物流、运营管理以及其它经济管理领域中提取的示例和案例会被广泛使用。
Optimization is a key enabling tool for decision making in the area of Science and Engineering. It has evolved from a methodology of academic interest into a technology that continues to significant impact in engineering research and practice. The aim of this course is to study the use of a series of scientific approaches, specifically heuristic algorithms, to managerial decision making. The methods covered in this course will not only provide a useful framework for problem solving but also give some operable techniques for specific practical applications. Topics covered in the course include traditional heuristic algorithms, evolutionary computing techniques, artificial intelligence optimization, swarm intelligent optimizer, optimization models for decision making, and single decision making optimization models and multi-objective decision making models, etc. Examples and cases draw from finance, logistics, operations management, and other management and economics areas will be widely used during the course.
15. 组织与人力资源管理(Organization and Human Resource Management)
一直以来,人力资源是组织持续竞争优势的首要资源。本课程基于战略人力资源管理理论视角,对组织管理过程中的人力资源管理相关原理与理论前沿进行系统介绍,探讨人力资源管理的价值、职能和角色,及其对组织绩效及持续发展的贡献。通过本课程学习,博士生应:(1)掌握组织人力资源管理的内涵、方法和技术;(2)深刻理解人力资源管理在组织变革中的重要角色。
This course discusses all aspects of managing human resource as a primary source of sustainable competitive advantage. It provides an understanding of HRM concepts, methods, and techniques with particular focus on HRM functions as business partners in strategic decision-making process and its implementation. All functions of HRM such as planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, career management, performance appraisal, compensation management, HR audit are discussed from strategic and technical perspectives. Two primary learning objectives of this course are:(1) to provide participants with an in-depth knowledge of effective HRM concepts, methods, and techniques, and (2) to give an appreciation of learning the role of HRM in developing sustainable competitive advantage, especially in executing strategies and facilitating the process of change or organization transformation.
16. 组织理论(Organization theory)
组织理论是指人类在社会组织活动中按一定形式安排事务的理论。本课程以研讨方式进行,主要讲授组织结构形式、组织成长、组织关系、组织决策过程、组织人力资源配置等内容。
The primary objective of this doctoral seminar is to survey the major theoretical perspectives and issues studied in organization theory (OT) research related to topics such as how organizations form, survive and grow, interact with each other, recruit and process members, gain and manage resources, and deal with problems both internal and external.
